The Mojotron® Bladed Series takes the iconic 1950s recipe and gives it a high-performance overhaul. By replacing traditional pole pieces with precision-engineered blades, we’ve eliminated the volume drop-offs that occur during heavy string bends. The result is a pickup that retains the legendary “bright and twangy” character of the originals but feels noticeably fuller and more consistent across the entire fretboard.
Designed with a slightly sleeker profile, these are a guaranteed fit for La Cabronita® routes and modern Filtertron® cavities.
The Power of the Blade
While the output remains true to vintage specs, the blade architecture provides a more uniform magnetic field. This gives your notes a “wider” feel and a touch more sustain without sacrificing that signature high-end sparkle.
Under the hood, you’ll find the same premium components that define the Mojotron® range: 42AWG wire and a massive 1/4 inch Alnico 5 bar magnet. This combination delivers a high-fidelity, percussive response that cuts through the mix like a hot knife through butter.
